Sallie Woodell

Sallie Woodell is a Senior Paralegal with more than sixteen years of experience supporting attorneys and clients in complex commercial litigation, real estate disputes, appellate matters, and high-stakes trials. Throughout her career, she has played an integral role in every stage of litigation, helping attorneys efficiently manage sophisticated cases from initial filing through trial and appeal.

Sallie has extensive experience preparing pleadings, managing large-scale discovery, organizing complex document productions, coordinating depositions and mediations, conducting legal research, preparing appellate filings, and providing comprehensive trial support. She has worked on numerous multimillion-dollar and billion-dollar cases, bringing exceptional organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness to every matter she handles.

Before joining ONE Law, Sallie served as a senior litigation paralegal with nationally recognized law firms, including Hogan Lovells and Steptoe, where she supported complex commercial litigation, multidistrict litigation, class actions, insurance coverage disputes, energy litigation, and appellate matters. Her diverse background also includes experience in real estate, employment, intellectual property, corporate, transactional, family, criminal, and probate matters, giving her a broad understanding of the legal issues clients face.

Sallie earned a Master of Legal Studies in Environmental and Energy Law and Policy from Texas A&M University School of Law. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Rhodes College.
