Sherri Giger is a Senior Associate Attorney with ONE Law. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, real estate disputes, and business and commercial litigation. With more than 55 jury trials throughout her career, Sherri brings extensive courtroom experience, strategic judgment, and a proven ability to effectively advocate for clients in high-stakes disputes.

Sherri's diverse professional background sets her apart as a trial lawyer. In addition to her extensive litigation experience, she has served as a prosecutor, in-house counsel, corporate executive, real estate professional, and business leader. This combination allows her to understand not only the legal issues facing clients, but also the business, financial, and operational considerations that often drive complex disputes.

Before joining ONE Law, Ms. Giger served as a deputy district attorney with the 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office, the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, and the 1st Judicial District Attorney’s Office. During her six years as a prosecutor, she handled numerous complex criminal matters, including organized crime cases and cases involving death. Her prosecutorial experience developed the courtroom skills, trial instincts, and persuasive advocacy that she now brings to civil litigation.

Ms. Giger also has significant executive and corporate experience. She previously served as an executive with a leading national nonprofit organization, including three years as Assistant General Counsel. She also held executive positions with high-technology companies in Colorado and Oregon, where she was responsible for corporate strategy, product development, marketing, branding, contracting, vendor relationships, and business operations involving technology, financial systems, insurance systems, healthcare technology, and software platforms.

Her real estate experience further enhances her ability to represent clients in real estate and business disputes. Sherri is a licensed Realtor and Broker and has worked in the title insurance industry, handling real estate closings, escrow operations, marketing, and financial management as a controller. This practical experience provides her with a unique understanding of the real estate industry and the complex transactions that frequently lead to litigation.

In addition to her Juris Doctorate, Sherri holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

Ms. Giger also serves as a Relief Judge for the City of Lakewood Municipal Court, where she applies her extensive courtroom experience and legal knowledge in judicial proceedings.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Giger is an avid cyclist and outdoor adventurer who enjoys exploring destinations throughout Colorado and around the world.
